Overview

A graduate-level programme in advanced strategic management — from environmental analysis and strategy formulation through to implementation and control. Learners work with real case companies throughout and finish with a full strategic plan presented in a formal boardroom simulation.

Your 6-month journey

Month 1: Introduction & Strategic Foundations

you'll craft vision and mission statements and compare Apple vs Samsung's strategic intent.

Month 2: Environmental & Industry Analysis

you'll build a PESTEL + Five Forces industry report and run a competing-firms market simulation.

Month 3: Strategy Formulation

you'll play a live competitive strategy simulation and pitch a Blue Ocean strategy.

Month 4: Strategy Implementation

you'll study Netflix's digital transformation and role-play leading a real strategic change initiative.

Month 5: Strategic Evaluation & Control

you'll build a Balanced Scorecard for a Tesla/Unilever case and map global-expansion risk.

Month 6: Integration & Capstone Project

you'll deliver a full strategic plan in a formal "Boardroom Simulation" to faculty and peers.

Assessment & certification

Ongoing assessment

Quizzes, assignments, practical labs and case studies verify progress throughout the programme.

Capstone project

A portfolio-ready final project contributes 20–40% of the final grade, depending on the programme.

Attendance standard

A minimum 80% attendance across classes, practicals and Finishing School is required for certification eligibility.

Credential awarded

Professional Certificate in Strategic Management

On successful completion, learners receive the Professional Certificate in Strategic Management, issued by Globeon Accreditation & Assessment Body (GAAB) UK, along with completion of the Finishing School enrichment module.
