Your 6-month journey
Month 1: Introduction to Logistics & Supply Chain Management
you'll map a real supply chain end to end and dissect Zara's and Amazon's logistics playbooks.
Month 2: Inventory & Warehousing Management
you'll run EOQ/ABC inventory classification exercises and design a warehouse layout using simulation tools.
Month 3: Procurement & Supplier Relationship Management
you'll build a vendor evaluation matrix and role-play a live supplier negotiation.
Month 4: Transportation & Distribution Management
you'll plan delivery routes with Google Maps and Excel Solver and run a full fleet-scheduling exercise.
Month 5: Demand Planning, Forecasting & Technology in SCM
you'll forecast demand from real historical data and build a live KPI dashboard in Excel/Google Sheets.
Month 6: Sustainability, Risk Management & Industry Project
you'll build a supply-chain risk matrix and solve a real-life SCM challenge as your capstone.
