Month 2: Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding
you'll run a resume-screening and interview simulation and design a complete onboarding plan.
Month 3: Training, Development & Performance Management
you'll role-play a performance appraisal conversation and build a full training calendar.
Month 4: Compensation, Benefits & Labor Laws
you'll calculate salary components and PF/ESI deductions and design a compensation plan for a mid-level role.
Month 5: Employee Relations, Ethics & HR Tech
you'll handle a live disciplinary case study and get hands-on with HRIS tools for attendance and records.
Month 6: Strategic HRM & Capstone Project
you'll develop and present a full HR strategy for a real or chosen company as your capstone.
