This programme prepares learners to manage healthcare organisations effectively — covering hospital operations, health economics, quality accreditation, health informatics and public health policy. The course concludes with a capstone management project set in a real or simulated healthcare environment.

Your 6-month journey

Month 1: Introduction to Health Care Systems and Management

you'll compare global health systems and visit a real local hospital or clinic.

Month 2: Hospital & Operations Management

you'll chart a hospital's departments and simulate a live patient-flow system.

Month 3: Health Economics and Financial Management

you'll analyse real hospital budgets and build a sample insurance claim form.

Month 4: Quality Management and Accreditation

you'll build a hospital audit checklist and run a full mock quality audit.

Month 5: Health Informatics & Public Health Policy

you'll operate an open-source HMIS platform and analyse real public health datasets.

Month 6: Leadership, Ethics and Capstone Project

you'll run a leadership simulation and deliver a field-based or simulated capstone project.

Assessment & certification

Ongoing assessment

Quizzes, assignments, practical labs and case studies verify progress throughout the programme.

Capstone project

A portfolio-ready final project contributes 20–40% of the final grade, depending on the programme.

Attendance standard

A minimum 80% attendance across classes, practicals and Finishing School is required for certification eligibility.

Credential awarded

Professional Certificate in Health Care Management

On successful completion, learners receive the Professional Certificate in Health Care Management, issued by Globeon Accreditation & Assessment Body (GAAB) UK, along with completion of the Finishing School enrichment module.
