Your 6-month journey

Month 1: Foundations of Advanced Culinary Arts

you'll master knife skills, mise en place and the classic French mother sauces in the kitchen.

Month 2: Techniques and Culinary Methods

you'll cook sous-vide proteins and craft modern espuma emulsions and foams.

Month 3: Fermentation, Preservation & Flavor Development

you'll make fermented condiments like kimchi and miso and run a full sensory tasting panel.

Month 4: Menu Design, Nutrition & Cost Control

you'll draft a themed menu with complete nutritional breakdown and cost analysis.

Month 5: Applied Gastronomy & Innovation

you'll prototype a signature modern dish and run a mock pop-up tasting event for real feedback.

Month 6: Capstone Project & Professional Practice

you'll produce a capstone recipe book, menu portfolio or research project and host a final tasting showcase.

Ongoing assessment

Quizzes, assignments, practical labs and case studies verify progress throughout the programme.

Capstone project

A portfolio-ready final project contributes 20–40% of the final grade, depending on the programme.

Attendance standard

A minimum 80% attendance across classes, practicals and Finishing School is required for certification eligibility.

On successful completion, learners receive the Professional Certificate in Culinary Arts, issued by Globeon Accreditation & Assessment Body (GAAB) UK, along with completion of the Finishing School enrichment module.
